Following Me

story time

Before I found out the funds were available for me to go to Portland, I started a story about a guy in a similar (exact?) situation. It was kinda my way of getting into my problem and getting something out of it. I finished the story shortly before I actually went and am amazed to find how close I was to the truth.

Anyway, if you're interested, you can read it on the interweb. I entered it in a competition on the hosting site and won Silver :) Nice. It's like a bit of validation. Not only was the trip the right thing to do, but the story was good.
